- We do not charge any booking fees.
- Same-day extensions are available in increments of 30 minutes.
- If you require care for an infant under 6 months old or for more than 3 children, please let us know through the “Request to Book” form.

Additional Fees
Daily Travel Fee: $20 /day
(Fixed fee regardless of location)
Late-Night Taxi Fee: $50
Applies to bookings past 11:30 PM to cover taxi fare for the sitter’s safe return home when public transport is unavailable.
※If your booking goes beyond 11:30 PM, a total of $70 will be charged — including the $20 daily travel fee and the $50 late-night taxi fee.

*A holiday fee of $50 per day applies during the above.
Reservation Policy
- Booking: Please book at least 48 hours in advance. For urgent requests, use the “Request to Book” form.
- Same-Day Extensions: Charged in 30-min increments. Please complete payment before saying goodbye to the sitter.
- Sitter Travel Fee: $20 per day. If past 11:30 PM, a $50 late-night fee is added.
- Changes: Contact us at least 7 days prior. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Late Arrival / Early Return: No refunds or adjustments.
- Tickets: Customer must cover sitter’s entry fees at parks or play zones.
- Change of Sitter: Not allowed after confirmation unless for serious reasons.
- Illness: Inform us if your child is sick. We may cancel if needed.
- Valuables: Sitters are not responsible for valuables.
- Insurance: We are insured. Details available upon request.
