Additional Fees

Please review the following additional fees that may apply to your booking:

🚃 Daily Travel Fee
A fixed travel fee applies for each day of babysitting, regardless of location.
Fee: $20 per day
🚕 Late-Night Taxi Fee
Applies when a booking ends after 11:30 PM and public transportation is unavailable.
Fee: $50
This helps ensure the sitter can return home safely.
Bookings ending after 11:30 PM
A total travel fee of $70 will apply, including the $20 daily travel fee and the $50 late-night taxi fee.
Nina🌸 Nina Request Fee
Applies when requesting Nina as your sitter.
Fee: $50

Extension Fee

Extensions are available in 30-minute increments.
Please complete payment for any extra time before the sitter leaves.

Reservation Policy

  1. Booking: Please book at least 48 hours in advance. For urgent requests, use the “Request to Book” form.
  2. Same-Day Extensions: Charged in 30-min increments. Please complete payment before saying goodbye to the sitter.
  3. Sitter Travel Fee: A $20 daily travel fee applies. For outings or accompanying care, customers are also responsible for the sitter’s transportation costs incurred during the service. If the service ends after 11:30 PM, a $50 late-night taxi fee will be added.
  4. Booking & Arrangement Fee: A one-time $50 fee applies to the entire reservation, regardless of the number of dates booked. No additional fee will be charged for dates added to the same reservation. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  5. Changes: Contact us at least 7 days prior. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
  6. Late Arrival / Early Return: No refunds or adjustments.
  7. Tickets: Customers are responsible for the sitter’s admission tickets and any activity fees incurred during the service.
  8. Change of Sitter: Not allowed after confirmation unless for serious reasons.
  9. Illness: Inform us if your child is sick. We may cancel if needed.
  10. Valuables: Sitters are not responsible for valuables.
  11. Insurance: We are insured. Details available upon request.
