Q: How can I make a booking?
A: You can book directly on our website or send a request through the “Request to Book” form.
Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: We serve families visiting Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and nearby areas, including Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Travel nanny support is also available for families staying outside our main service areas—please contact us for details.
Q: What ages do you accept?
A: We generally care for children from 6 months to 12 years old. Some of our sitters also have experience caring for infants under 6 months—please inquire in advance.
Q: Do sitters cook?
A: Our sitters primarily provide care and playtime. They can serve meals prepared by parents or guardians. If your child will be eating outside or ordering room service, please provide the meal fee to your sitter in advance. Kindly inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Q: Are there activities during babysitting?
A: Yes! We provide age-appropriate activities such as origami, paper balloons, coloring, and sticker play to create a fun and memorable time for each child.
Q: Can you guide us for sightseeing?
A: While we do not offer official tour guide services, some of our sitters are familiar with Disney theme parks and can assist families inside the park. 💰 Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does it cost? A: Opening Special: $25/hour (Standard $30/hour coming soon). For full details, please see our Pricing & Details page.
Q: Are there any additional fees? A: Yes—such as a $20/day travel fee, a $50 late-night taxi fee after 11:30 PM, and holiday surcharges. Please remember to add applicable additional fees to your cart and complete payment.
Q: How do I book if my sitting crosses from Day into Night? A: If your booking goes beyond 9:00 PM, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Select your desired hours and details under Day Sitting (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM) and add to cart.
Step 2. Add the required hours after 9:00 PM as a Night Sitting (Add-on).
Step 3. Don’t forget to also add the $20 Travel Fee, and if your booking goes past 11:30 PM, please add the $50 Late-Night Taxi Fee as well.
Step 4. Once all items are in your cart, complete checkout to confirm your booking.
Q: How do I pay? A: Secure online payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) is available on our website. If you book via request form, we will send a payment link after confirmation.
🔁 Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I extend the sitting time on the same day? A: Yes, extensions are available in 30-minute increments. If you wish to extend on the day, please consult with your sitter to secure the extension. You can purchase extensions on our website for up to 3 hours and up to 3 children. If additional time beyond that occurs, we will send you a separate payment link—please complete payment before saying goodbye to the sitter.
Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation? A: Yes. Please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 2 days may incur fees. For details, please see our Refund Policy page.
🛡️ Safety & Trust
Q: Are your sitters trained?
A: Yes. All of our sitters are professionally trained and hold both CPR and First Aid certifications as a required standard.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We carry both liability insurance and personal accident insurance so you can book with confidence.
Q: How do you ensure sitter quality?
A: Every sitter goes through personal interviews, ID verification, and background checks before joining our team. We are also preparing a regular training and meeting program to keep our sitters’ skills and communication standards high as we continue to grow.
Q: Do sitters have police checks?
A: In Japan, there is currently no official national police check system available for private childcare workers. Instead, we take strict alternative measures to ensure safety — including ID verification, background and reference checks, interviews, and training. We carefully review each sitter’s professional history and reliability before approval, so you can feel completely secure when booking with us.
