💼 About the Role
We are looking for friendly, responsible, and flexible babysitters to support families traveling in Japan. Whether at hotels, theme parks, or events, you’ll help create unforgettable memories for children and their families.
🔍 Who We're Looking For
- Loves working with children (infants to 17 yeas old)
- Speaks English (Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, or other languages are a plus!)
- Has experience in babysitting or childcare
- Friendly, responsible, and professional
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- CPR or First Aid certification is a plus
※ Even if you do not currently have CPR or First Aid certification, we will support you in obtaining it.
📍 Location
Mainly Tokyo area (including Disneyland, hotels, and tourist spots)

日本に旅行に来るご家族のために、ホテルやテーマパーク、イベント会場などでお子様のお世話やサポートを行います。ご家族にとって、思い出に残る“魔法のような旅”を一緒に演出しましょう！
🔍 こんな方を募集しています
- 子どもと接することが好きな方（0歳〜17歳まで）
- 英語が話せる方（日本語・スペイン語・中国語なども歓迎）
- ベビーシッターや保育の経験がある方
- 明るく責任感のある方
- 柔軟なスケジュールで働ける方（夜間・土日・祝日など）
- CPR・応急処置の資格保有者は優遇
※ CPRや応急処置の資格をお持ちでない場合でも、会社が取得をサポートいたします。
📍 勤務エリア
主に東京（ディズニー・ホテル・観光地など）
